So I was outside some bars in downtown Minneapolis when I came across this girl with killer shoes! She said they were from Aldo. They looked amazing on her, so I snapped a pic to share with you all. They are mimics of Louis Vuitton's Spring 2009 RTW - that's probably why I loved them so much - here's a shot to compare with....

Those Hot Summer Days on the Farm

My sister and I roamed the family farm the other weekend in search of classic and authentic pieces that are critical to every farm. Along the way, we found the birdhouse (still standing for 50+ years), a water spicket, the original door to the barn, and of course, CORN! I was going for a collection of whites, nudes, and creams - but wanted each piece to have a different texture. There's linen, cotton, leather, eyelet lace, and croc. I chose no accessories because I like the plain and simple country lifestyle.

Lauren Conrad is Wiggin' Out for Harper's Bazaar

Lauren Conrad was recently seen sporting a new brunette do. No, the Hills star (and newly christened author of L.A. Candy, see below) did not chop of her hair and dye it (!) - she was wearing a wig for a Harper's Bazaar photo shoot. Surprisingly enough, the wig suits her quite well and looks natural. The shoot was a mock set-up of what Lauren goes through on a daily basis with paparazzi and photogs. SUI-TE Gossip

Anna Sui is the next designer to jump on board with Target to launch her limited edition fall line, in stores September 13th. It's still not clear if Sui's line is inspired by or linked with the hit CW show Gossip Girl, which airs September 14th, one day after the clothing line launches, but one thing is for sure - this collaboration is a hit, and you can count on me scouring the racks for the perfect GG frock for the season premiere party...
